I am back ... Wandering in the Arizona Desert
I ride through the desert in a van with no name
Glad to be out of the rain
Where the sun paints the horizon, and the wild winds sigh.
My dog by my side, a loyal friend near,
We wander the desert, where life feels so clear.
Among rolling dunes, and the whisper of sand,
We meet fellow travelers, each with their own brand.
Stories exchanged by the warm firelight,
Stars overhead shimmer, a breathtaking sight.
In stillness I linger, with thoughts gently flow,
Meditating in nature, where wild creatures glow.
Tarantulas skitter, Gila monsters crawl,
Life’s simple pleasures, I embrace them all.
Together we roam, in this timeless| expanse,
With the heartbeat of Earth, we take a bold chance.
In the quiet of night, by the moon's gentle beams,
A nomad's sweet freedom unfolds in our dreams.
